NVTAG webinar: The GRADE framework and its application in reimbursement decision making
GRADE (Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations) is a transparent framework for developing and presenting summaries of evidence and provides a systematic approach for making clinical practice recommendations. It is the most widely adopted tool for grading the quality of evidence and for making recommendations with over 100 organisations worldwide officially endorsing GRADE (e.g., Cochrane, WHO, NICE, Zorginstituut Nederland).
In this webinar our experts will educate you on the (development of the) GRADE framework, the levels of evidence and the application of GRADE. You will learn how the GRADE framework is applied in health technology assessment in the context of reimbursement decision making and how the outcomes of the future EU Joint Clinical Assessment reports may be used as input to the GRADE assessment in The Netherlands.
The webinar will take place on Thursday 13 February 2025 between 12-1pm. Speakers are: Miranda Langendam (Amsterdam UMC & GRADE Working Group) and Rudy Dupree (Zorginstituut Nederland).
